Xin Cuisine offers you with two choice of broth where you can have the Xin’s Signature Curry Brooth and another will be Herbal Chicken Soup. And in here, one can enjoy the truly awesome sensation of steamboat where they are packed with the generous quality dumplings as well as wide variety too. And this time, we are enjoying their SET A where it comes with the Dried Scallop Fish Paste, Homemade Dumpling, Pork Ball, Fresh Scallop, Tiger Prawn, Grouper Fish, Fish Maw, Squid, Sliced Bacon, Sliced Pork, Fried Wanton, Oyster Mushroom, Baby Corn, Crispy Glutten Sheet, Tofu , Mee Hoon and Egg Noodles. Each of every item comes simply fresh and they are superbly good and delicious. The taste is awesomely good and the ingredients comes simply fresh too. The portion comes simply generous too where every mouthful is perfect and delicious.
Braised Pork Ribs with Red Yeast Rice ( with Steamed Bun)
The Braised Pork Ribs is another good one here. It is indeed well braised and you can almost get the fall of bone meat. The meat remains its juiciness and moist. Dipped your ribs and the steamed bun into the red yeast rice sauce and the taste is simply awesome.
Braised Vegetable with Fermented Beancurd

Not much my favourite but for those who are a fans of fermented beancurd will definitely love it.

The chicken is indeed well steam till perfection and it includes the pluppy wanton and cabbage together. Each mouthful comes good with the complete juicy pork wanton and the smooth steam chicken. It is also topped with some herbs and wolfberries which make the brooth sweet.

The BBQ Bun is fluffy soft and airy light. And the fillings are as nice as it should be. Not too sweet and fill with the lean meat with it.

I am also falling in love with the Belachan Carrot Cake (RM 13.00) which is well done. I love the aroma of the belacan carrot cake that came bursting with flavors with the soft texture carrot cakes.
