揚枝凍甘露 “Yong Zi Kam Lou”

There is not much introduction anymore as this can be tried in many places. But Shang Palace had made them so good with the chilled mango puree which is not too sweet and served together with sago, pomelo and tiny cubes of strawberry in it.

玉帶燒賣皇 -“Siu Mai”Steamed chic dumplings w fresh scallop

Which is being served is awesomely good. Well minced till perfectionist with the moist and juicy texture of the steamed chicken dumpling. It is then topped with the sliced of scallop on top with the ebiko.

鮮竹菜絲卷 -“Choy Si Gyun”

Where the bean curd rolls are being wrapped with assorted vegetables and it is then being steam with chef signature sauces. The beancurd comes smooth with loads of ingredients in between. Nice one!

鮮蝦波菜餃 "Po Choy Gao”

Something worth to order for spinach lovers. The succulent thin skin wrapped with loads of spinach and fresh prawns in between brings you with the taste of spinach. It also have pulpy prawns in it.

韭黃脆蝦腸粉 “Chui Har Cheung Fan”

The smooth and silky cheong fan which is being made from the Chinese Red Wine and the cheong fan together is being steamed with the crispy chive prawn fritters. I love the smooth velvety cheong fan texture with the crispy bites of the prawn fritters. It is just so good which we would give 2 thumbs up.
