Deep Fried Marinated Pork
Deep-Fried Marinated Pork (南乳炸肉) is indeed a great choice of delights when you are in Yu Shifu. The well deep fried pork is being marinated and deep fried till golden brown does impress me though. It is simply crunchy at the outside with the juiciness and tender meat inside.

Marmite Pork Ribs (妈蜜排骨).
The well made dish with the marmite sauce and topped with the sesame on top. It is simply delicious where I can taste the lovely glazed thick marmite sauce on top of it. What I love the most about this is the sticky sweet marmite taste with the juicy tender meat in it.

Tofu with Meat Topping (菜香豆腐)
Tofu with Meat Topping (菜香豆腐) is another signature dish from Yu Shifu too. The silky and smooth taufu is well deep fried till crispiness at the outside while leaving the smooth and silky texture. Not only that, it is well combined with the fragrant minced meat and the taste is even more perfect.

Talapia fish
The talapia fish served with steamed in soy sauce, topped with shredded ginger is one of the signature here. The flaky fish texture without the muddy taste is simply tantalizing as well. The fish is well cooked with the fresh and sweet fish taste. Not only that, I am tempted with it so much with the light spiciness with the scrumptious ginger which is topped on top of it.
