Being one of the best seller in Hong Kong, now you have them here in Mak Chee. Bringing you with a twist of Western and Chinese deep fried wantan, now you can enjoy the Deep-Fried Sea Prawn Wanton with the delicious added cheese in it. One of their signature and one of my favourites from Mak Chee’s. With the generous of prawn roe sprinkled on top, the wantan noodles comes simply addictive. The fragrant of the prawn roe in the springy noodles indeed irresistible.

Sea Prawn Wonton Noodle Soup

We had tried their signature is this Sea Prawn Wonton Noodle Soup, or known as ‘Sai Yong’ (with this term as the wonton is hide under the noodle) @ RM12.90. Soup is rich in flavour as it is prepared from dried sole and pork bones. Serve in a medium small bowl which is the tradition that hide this big 4 wonton underneath it. Skin is not thick as you can see the colour of the prawn and pretty generous in ingredient. With the springy noodles and the huge wantan. Portion wise to us is pretty small.
Double Sunny Side Up with Luncheon Meat Rice

As those who know, the first version comes with the plain rice and now they had upgraded their rice where the rice is toss together with the Hong Kong Soy sauce, Pork Lard and chopped Spring onion. The dish is just superb and even though we are full after the wantan noodles, we don’t mind more calories with this. The luncheon meat is the killer and the fragrant from the Hong Kong soy sauce had make the dish even much perfect and delicious.
