The HK Murtabak captures our attention where Mama brings you with her version of murtabak. Instead of the boring roti canai wrap, Wondermama uses the chee cheong fun skin to wrap the ingredients. Enjoy the filling that is perfectly done with the minced chicken, chopped onions, egg and cheese. It is then wrapped with the silky soft chee cheong fun skin and then pan-fried. This is a good one where it is not too heavy !
Soft Shell Crab Rice Paper Roll

Inspired by the Japanese Soft Shell Crab Rill and the local popiah, Wondermama has their version where the crispy soft shell crab is rolled with the rice paper, along with the coriander, mint leaves, carrot and spring onions.
