Hainanese Chicken Chop
The Northern style of chicken chop serving is served with generous potato and peas. Drenched with generous portion of Hainanse sweet and sourish blend of tomato based sauce. I love the way it is being served with the light crispiness of the chicken and the delicious juicy meat. Nice !
Fried Banana Fritters with Ice Cream
Not much to shout out on the dish itself, the banana was well fried till perfection and it is served with a scope of vanilla ice cream beside it.Nothing much to complain, the fried banana comes pretty normal to me.
