Pan Seared Red Snapper with the Thai Pomelo Salad
The red snapper had being cut into slices and it is then being deep fried till perfection leaving us with the crispy sensation. It is then being added with the appetizing Thai Pomelo Salad which give a kick of spiciness and the taste is incredibly good. I love the way it is served with the kick of spiciness in it.

Where the Hokkaido Scallop comes simply pulpy. Topped with it is the sweet and sourish delight with the light spiciness in it. I love the way it is served where the blend of appetizing scallops together with the spicy salad is just so appetizing and mouthwatering too.

Comes interesting good where the lobster is being steamed and added with the light and yet creamy blend of salted egg on top. The savory blends from the salted egg make a great combination with the delicious sweet lobster meat
White Cod in Sour and Spicy Curry
The cod fish is well cooked in the sour and spicy curry with the hint of light sweetness in it. The fish comes with generous portion of flaky fish meat.
Stuffed Sago In Coconut Milk
The chessnut is being wrapped with the pandan base sago with it. Served together in the creamy coconut milk. Melts in the mouth with the crisp of the chessnut in it. Nicely done.
Chocolate Coated Banana stuffed with Rice Pop and Grated Coconut Served with Green Tea Ice Cream
The serving comes pretty unique. The banana is being cutted and added the rice pop and gratted coconut. Then added with flour and deep fried till perfection. Glazed with chocolate sauce on to and it is being served with a scope of green tea ice cream with it.
