Rise & Shine by Tapestry, was the first dining concept launched, featuring classic brunch dishes, intertwining Malaysian heritage with modernity, bringing you the perfect blend of East meets West. Right in the beating heart of Chow Kit, this is our tribute to the area that comes alive every morning as a favourite breakfast spot for many KL-ites. To the local wet market, or the kopitiam that has been around for generations, our rendition of sarapan includes locally-sourced produce, home-made breads & passionately-brewed coffee. Rise & Shine Eggs Benedict (RM 28) is one of my favourites here. One can enjoy the beautifully poached chicken egg together with their juicy beetroot-cured salmon sitting on a bubble and squeak with the fragrantly drizzled hollandise sauce that have a twist of bunga kantan in it. I am falling in love with the twist and it brings me with the refreshing bites.
