Crispy Parmesan Shrimp Salad
The fresh romaine heart which is drizzled with a combination of Caesar dressing and balsamic vinegar reduction and topped with the crispy baby rock shrimp tossed in Asian chili sauce , fresh tomatoes and Parmesan. The veges are fresh and remains it’s crispy bites.
BBQ Beef Ribs
Where the tender and succulent beef ribs smoked and grilled till perfection. Brushed with their tangy BBQ Sauce and served together with their generous portion of Aussie Fries with it. Delicious!

One of my favorite is of course their classic grilled chicken breast paired with succulent grilled shrimp, which seared over an open flame oak fire and seasoned with their uniquely crafted Outback seafood seasoning. Well served with the fresh steamed veggies at the side.

New South Wales Sangria
The signature sangria with Cabernet wine, brandy, fresh apples and a mix of pineapple, mango and orange juices shine in this fruity drink.
Seafood Mixed Grill
Which is served with the boneless salmon fillet paired together with the seasonal and seared shrimps and scallops with a bed of freshly diced mango salsa. The combination is a good one with the tangy sauce which is well match with both salmon filled and the shrimps.
Peanut Butter Pie
Topped with chocolate sauce, chocolate shavings and whipped cream, this homemade peanut butter pie was creamy and so rich in flavor.

Seafood Pasta
Is served where the seafood sautéed in garlic and served on top of pasta with homemade spicy spaghetti sauce and Parmesan cheese. Cooked al-dente, the pasta comes generously with loads of seafood in it.

he Alice Springs Quesaddia
Comes with the grilled flour tortilla stuffed with the grilld chicken breast, sautéed mushrooms , beef bacon, as well as melted cheese. It is then being served together with the generous honey mustard sauce with it. Lovely delights indeed.
Cinnamon Oblivion
The vanilla ice cream topped with fresh, warm cinnamon apples, cinnamon croutons, pecans, caramel sauce and whipped cream. Not too sweet, the desserts served good as it has to be.
Shredded BBQ Stack
Kick start your meals with those hearty bite-sized appetizers where it is well served with the tender shredded BBQ beef on their homemade tortilla chips, and topped with pico de gallo, pickled cucumber and cilantro. The combination is simply a good one where every mouthful of the appetizers is simply boost with the flavours.
Peanut Butter Pie
End your meal of course with their creamy Peanut Butter Pie. Topped with chocolate sauce, chocolate shavings and whipped cream, this homemade peanut butter pie was creamy and so rich in flavor.
New York Strip
It is one of the signature here in Outback where you can enjoy the thick cut of the New York Strip Steak which is well seared with their secret seasoning. Served with freshly made sides with it.
Kookaburra Wings and Crispy Fried Mushroom
The pulpy and yet juicy mushroom comes so good where it is never enough for us as well. As for the Wings, it is well marinated till perfection with the crispy edges and the tip top juiciness with it.
Black Peppercorn Crusted Ribeye
Well done with the great serving of the grilled asparagus, loaded baked potato and balsamic sauce drizzled beautifully around the dish. The combination is indeed awesome with the creamy peppercorn cream sauce with the crusted ribeye. Nicely done.
Alice Springs Chicken Quesadilla
The well grilled flour tortilla stuffed with grilled chicken breast, sautéed mushrooms, beef bacon, melted cheeses and served with honey and mustard sauce. Savoury meat which is well filled with the breast meat, bacons and melted cheese is simply irresistible and each bite is filled with the great blend of meaty taste.
