Tamarin Moriwase
Beautifully served sushis with fresh seaweed at the middle. Comes with 6 different of sushi like the ikura sushi, ika sushi and many more. All are well done till perfectionist and every mouthful is divinely good.

Tempura Moriwase
The fresh ingridients like the prawns, mushroom, brinjals, and also the lady fingers are being deep fried till perfection with the golden brown color.

Seafood Chawanmushi
The bowl of hearty chawanmushi is served with the myriad color. The steamed egg comes with loads of seafood in it which includes the prawns, scallops, fish and fish roe in it. The texture is simply smooth and silky and the seafood which is added into the chawanmushi had enhanced the overall taste of it.

Shake Oyako Chazuke
A simple Japanese dish whohc is made by piring the hot water on the bowl of cooked rice and accompanied with all kinds of topping. In Kobe, we are served with the seaweeds, and also the salmon to accompany the homey delights.

The huge octpus is being marinated and grilled till perfection. The octopus comes chewy and yet moist with the added wasabi sauce with it. Bringing you with a kick of umpph with the wasabi in it.
