Soft Kani Temaki
The Deep Fried Soft Shell Crab Hand Roll is awesomely good and I love the crispy bites of it. Good one.
Saba Shioyaki
The plate of grilled mackerel grilled with salt and served together with a bowl of soup, rice and some appetizers. The fish remains fresh and it brings up the fresh taste of the fish together with the light saltiness in it.
