Hokkaido Ramen Santouka was established in 1988 in Asahikawa, Hokkaido. Santouka founder - Hitoshi Hatanaka wanted to develop a classic ramen for all to enjoy, made with a simple soup that could be savored to the last, spoonful and topped with a fabulous char-siu pork. In essence, a masterfully assembled ramen whose superior ingredients and magnificient, robust flavor would truly stand out and long-lasting.

The set also comes with a chawanmushi as well as a drink with it. The meal mix quite well where you can have the ramen first and after you complete the ramen, you can use the soup and pour your rice to served with the soup. The meal is simply authentic and mouth watering. The ramen is also wellserved which i felt I will go again for the second round.
