Our choice for the starters was the Mango Kerabu with Smoked Duck. This refreshing dish features young shredded mango, paired with crispy smoked duck skin, shallots, peanuts, dried shrimps, and a tangy lime vinaigrette. The combination of flavors in this appetizer was simply outstanding. The sweetness of the mango, the smokiness of the duck, and the zesty vinaigrette created a harmonious blend of sweet, sour, and spicy notes that left us craving more.
