The superbly bittersweet emping melinjo made from crushed nuts accompanied by the devilishly more-ish sambal terasi. The bitter taste of the nuts is well balanced with its famous fragrant sambal terasi.

ade from fresh fruits without any artificial flavouring, milk or cream, the selections of gelato rotate on availability from durian, lychee, banana, strawberry and coconut. The lemongrass jelly with pop pops where in comes with the spheres filled with pure mango juice is also a lovely chilled dessert to refresh the palate.

The fish comes with the complete crispiness and retains its juiciness in it. With the technique of deep frying the fish comes so crispy where the bones can be eaten too.

Love the creamy coconut panna cotta took center stage, that comes with the velvety texture. As the spoon delved into the delicately set panna cotta, it revealed a harmonious pairing with golden nangka goreng. The golden nuggets of fried jackfruit offered a delightful contrast, adding a tropical twist to the velvety coconut base. Each spoonful was a luscious realm, where the creaminess of the panna cotta and the golden crunch of nangka goreng danced in sweet harmony.

Our piscatorial journey at Dancing Fish reached new heights with the Cabe Taucu Pedas—Ikan Seabass, an extraordinary creation that tantalized our taste buds with a fiery and flavorful spectacle. This dish featured a grilled Seabass adorned with a bold combination of deep-fried dried chili, bean paste, coriander seed, peanuts, garlic, and spring onion—a true piscatorial symphony for the senses. The grilled Seabass, a canvas of succulent, flaky fish, became a testament to the culinary prowess at Dancing Fish. Its delicate flavors were not overshadowed but rather elevated by the fiery blend of spices. As the first bite unfolded, a medley of sensations emerged—spiciness from the dried chili, the earthiness of bean paste, the aromatic touch of coriander seed, and the delightful crunch of peanuts. We love it so much!
Gulai Pucuk Paku
. The creamy blend of curry is well cooked together with the the turmeric, coconut milk and spices. Not too creamy but the fragrant of the gulai pucuk paku is so superb which we would love to get more refill of rice to accompanied it.
