Black Mussels Soup
Bistro Richard’s serves the Black Mussels Soup where the bowl of soup is packed with black mussels. The soup itself was cooked for six hours with the simmered actual fish bones. Served together with two garlic toast.
Escargot
The escargots are nicely prepared with loads of garlic and yummy garlic toasts at the side
Spaghetti Vongole
Cooked al-dente, the seafood pasta with the white wine reductions is loaded with clams with it making my tummy drolling once I see them. The dish comes awesomely good with the pugent garlic taste in it
