Plaza Arkadia is imagined a distinct and stylish lifestyle destination that would surpass the offerings of traditional mixed-use developments. Through a unique design concept that integrates British colonial architecture with a contemporary twist and modern architecture aimed at creating an atmospheric ambience, Plaza Arkadia truly induces an immersive experience for its visitors and patrons alike. Open-air, walkable, landscaped and safe, Plaza Arkadia features ground floor arcade-fronted HighStreet and first floor Courtyard shops as well as offices and SOHOs. The HighStreet shops have uninterrupted frontages of extraordinary widths, double-volume spaces that exceed the norm. Adorned with large street-facing window openings, the first floor shops that are approached by openair courtyards are the first-of-their kind. Visitors can also move effortlessly from shop to shop through a series of interconnected courtyards and sky bridges. Collectively, the seamless parade of shopfronts will create a strong visual impression that will entice visitors to return time after time. Office and SOHO occupiers can enjoy the everyday convenience of having “in-house” shops, restaurants, coffee bars, banks, clinics, a supermarket, etc.
