Sushi is a traditional Japanese dish of prepared vinegared rice (鮨飯, sushi-meshi), usually with some sugar and salt, accompanying a variety of ingredients (ネタ, neta), such as seafood, often raw, and vegetables. Sushi is traditionally made with medium-grain white rice, though it can be prepared with brown rice or short-grain rice. It is very often prepared with seafood, such as squid, eel, yellowtail, salmon, tuna or imitation crab meat. Many types of sushi are vegetarian. Love the moist juicy unagi which is beautifully wrapped with the fluffy egg. There are just perfect to my tastebuds and every mouthful comes sinfully addictive and good. Something worth to try!
The sushi is laid graciously in vabriant colors. They are salmon, tuna, sujiko, ebi, uni, hotate, white tuna, kampachi and tamago with it. The ingridients comes fresh with well compliments with the sushi rice. It is just awesome as it is .
Enjoy their signature premium maki where either you love to have traditional maki or even with the fusion maki. I am impressed with the Salmon Aburi Maki where every bites of the maki brings you with the enticing presentation and taste.
Being in a Thai Japanese cuisine restaurant, you wouldn’t missed their Thai Inspired Japanese dishes. The delicious tuna sushi where it comes with chunk of tuna in it and drenched with the tomyam sauce and topped with the ebiko with it. The tuna comes fresh and juicy. The fusion combination indeed pretty unique and delicious.
Which comes well to our table where it brings us with a creative twist of the sushi roll. The fried tiger prawn cucumber roll is served together with the grilled unagi, mango in slice, peanut sauce, and shrimp roe for garnishing. The special roll is well garnished with the appetizing blend with the fresh ingredients. The unagi is flavoursome and added with the twist of mango with it, the combination of sweet soury taste is pretty addictive.
The garden roll is just perfect to our tastebuds. Love the combination of the salmon skin, cucumber, sushi roll topped with the cucumber and shrimp roe with it. It brings you with the crispy bites and yet flavorful hint from the sushi itself.
