We started the finger lickerig good Southern Fried Chicken where the meat comes simply tender and juicy. Love the crunchy bites of the fried chicken skin as well as the moist and juicy meat. This is just awesome!
The diced chicken is being well marinated and it is then being stir fried together with the hint of their signature Sze Chuan sauce as well as chilly ol and peppercorn n it. Bring a bursting sensation and yet with the kick of spiciness in it.
The chicken is marinated for 24 hours with their own signature sauce before it is being deep fried. Deep fried till golden brown, you will get the crispy textures at the outside while the inside remains its moist and juiciness as well as the scent of the prawn sauce in it.
The chicken is well marinated till perfection and cook till perfection leaving you an awesome bites.
The chicken pieces come juicy and crunchy which is my favorie too. Well, we do order some popiah to dip together with the laksa too.
