Thai Cuisine

Thai cooking places emphasis on lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic components and a spicy edge. Traditional Thai cuisine loosely falls into four categories: tom (boiled dishes), yam (spicy salads), tam (pounded foods), and gaeng (curries). Deep-fries, stir-fries, and steamed dishes derive from Chinese cooking

Old Siam in 1 Utama indeed a humble small restaurant that serves authentic Thai Delights. Located at the NEW Wing of the mall itself, the restaurant is serving you with the authentic Thai Delights. The restaurant comes with basic interior where they are complete with the wooden chairs and table with the old style tiles. I am in love with the antique floral pattern of the tiles which is indeed beautiful.
