Mexican cuisine consists of the cooking cuisines and traditions of the modern country of Mexico. Its roots lie in Mesoamerican cuisine. Nick’s journey in the industry began at 19 years. He has since then achieved a degree in culinary arts, numerous successful years in the Food & Beverage industry and a blissful family life. With over 25 years of experience in culinary arts, Nick has opened doors to a new family, right here in KL. Nick’s restaurant and Bar combines delicacies from Nick’s very own childhood- his love for Indian and Mexican dishes. Thanks to his passion for great food and entertainment – we are now experiencing two of the world’s most authentic cuisines in the heart of KL.
